A perfectly poached egg on pillowy bread, crispy bacon sliced thin, and drowned in velvety hollandaise - that’s what eggs Benedict should be. Too often, I’m let down: not enough sauce, thick undercooked bacon or simply a lack of flavour. Not at Prins&Aap though.
