Lately, my TikTok algorithm has been taken over by all things Mamma Mia. Think dramatic lip-syncs, girls dancing on cliffs in flowy dresses, and everyone suddenly craving feta. Maybe I’m just cheesy, but maybe TikTok knows something I hadn’t said out loud yet: I’ve fallen in love with a Greek. A Greek restaurant, to be exact.
One of my most specific luxuries? Oysters. Preferably accompanied by bubbles. Or mimosas.

Too often, I’m let down: not enough sauce, thick undercooked bacon or simply a lack of flavour. Not at Prins&Aap though.
